Jackie O’Leary
Jackie is the founder of Lead to Succeed. She has worked at a senior level in large companies for the past 25 years. Jackie has an exceptional track record in people leadership, corporate strategy, business transformation and hands-on operational management.
Personal leadership and people development have always been a fundamental part of her ethos because she believes that is how you realise potential, nurture innovation and deliver results.
A large part of her success has been through inspiring individuals and building strong teams by focusing on ‘leading oneself’ and ‘leading others’ – operate to high standards, enable others to flourish and achieve goals and objectives.
Often working outside the core business hierarchy, providing consultancy services, Jackie was in the perfect position to support, advise and troubleshoot for senior leaders and executives of large organisations. She has also developed and coached those aspiring to management roles, many of whom have since realised their ambitions.
Using this first-hand experience of negotiating solutions, building strong teams and driving results, Jackie now provides senior and aspiring executives with their own knowledge bank and guidance compass to support and fine tune their management approach, style and actions.
Her understanding of the challenges of senior executive life shortcuts the learning process, her impartiality allows distance from decisions and her challenging but supportive style ensure there is both truth and trust in every conversation.
