· A record of any correspondence or communication between you and us.
· Financial information which we hold in the context of providing services to our clients such as billing and banking details.
· Marketing information – We may hold information about you in order to provide information about our services. We process this information in order to improve or customise our services, communicate with you about our services or for market research purposes, on the basis of our legitimate interests in communicating with you about our services or on the basis that you have consented to receiving the information.
We process the above information when we provide services to you on the basis of meeting our agreement or contract with you, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing services to you.
Cookies – via this website, we may receive cookie information, if you agree. A cookie is a small text file that asks permission to be placed on your computer or mobile device. Where applicable and necessary, we process this information on the basis you have consented to this in order to communicate with you about our services and/or to customise the website according to your personal interests.

Data retention
Your information is stored securely and treated with due importance. We delete or destroy (to the extent we are able to) personal data once we no longer need it for its specified purpose. We also regularly review data in our possession and whether it is still relevant and required for us to retain it. If not, it shall be deleted.
We have maximum periods for data retention after which it will be deleted if it has not been deleted prior to that time due to being no longer needed. For example:
· Following an enquiry with us, we will remove your Contact Information and Communication Information from our system within a period of 2 years unless you subsequently enter into a contract with us.
· In respect of records relating to a contract between us, we will remove the data within 7 years from either the end of the contract or the date you last used our services (whichever is later).
· Typically, notes taken on individuals during working sessions would be deleted within one year of the end of a contract, although exceptionally these may be retained for longer if still needed for the purpose they were originally taken. (For example a client has expressed a desire to resume services at a future date more than one year on).
· In respect of Cookie Information – such data is removed within 3 years.
· In respect of Marketing Information – within 3 years from the last date on which you have interacted with us.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
